Copyright
Our website is protected by copyright laws. Information contained on our website may not be used for any other purpose other than shopping and product research by private individuals. Material may be downloaded and saved onto your computer for personal, noncommercial use only. Copyright, trademark and/or other proprietary notices my not be changed or deleted on any saved or downloaded material. Any modification to this website or material downloaded/saved will violate intellectual property laws.
Gifts
If you submit a different address for shipping than for billing, that personal information is only used for the purpose of shipping the package. The shipping recipient will not be added to any marketing distribution or future correspondence. You will be given the option to add an email address for the recipient if you would like Paperdoodles to send a gift message in an email. This gift notification will be the only contact with the recipient for that particular order.
Gift Certificates
Viola! A gift is born! Paperdoodles’ gift certificates make gift giving easy. Your gift recipient can personally explore the various products at our store or online. Gift Certificates can be purchased at our store and online.
Multiple shipping addresses/Drop Shipments
Paperdoodles offer customers to ship orders to multiple addresses. The shipping charges will be different for each package. Most purchases are shipped from our Temple, Texas location by UPS.
Newsletters and Promotions
If you would like to subscribe to any Paperdoodles’ future newsletters or promotions, we will only request contact information such as your name and email address. You may subscribe to the newsletter by emailing customerservice@paperdoodles.com. You may unsubscribe by sending an email to the same address.
Printed Material
Online orders of personalized invitations and stationery will require a proof. You will not be charged for the first proof. Each additional proof will be provided at a charge of $10.00 per item. Our printing department will make corrections to any grammatical errors and/or etiquette matters. We cannot guarantee that we can catch any customer errors. Please check your proof thoroughly before submitting it with your approval. In the event that an error in your wording is printed, we can correct the mistake and reprint your order at a 40% discount. If the error is on our part, you will not be charged for any reprint.
Invitations and stationery that are to be printed in-house will be shipped after the order has been completed. The completion is contingent upon the customer’s approval of the proof and the consent to print the order. After the proof has been approved and the consent received, the order will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Some invitations and stationery will be at the manufacturer’s facility. These orders will be shipped directly to you upon completion of the order. You will be notified immediately of any delays.
Rush orders on in-house printed invitations and stationery can be accepted. There is an additional $25.00 rush fee. This fee only applies to the processing of your order. Expedited shipping will be a separate charge. Rush orders will be completed within 2 business days once the proof has been approved and the consent to print has been received. All authorizations must be received by noon central time or an additional day will be added to complete the order.
Privacy and Security on Purchases
To enable us to process your order efficiently and correctly, we require your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, and email address. All of your personal information (address, credit cards, etc) is protected by industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input and protects data transmission. To ensure your privacy and security, your credit/debit card information is not retained in our systems. For better customer service your email address is used to send order confirmation and status updates regarding your order. If you choose to receive our newsletter, your email address will be used to inform you of future promotions, new products or services.
Paperdoodles does not collect personal information from children. You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this site.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when it is required by law where we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our web site.
Pricing and Availability
Pricing for items are accurate to the best of our knowledge and should be the same as prices in our store. Availability is subject to change. If, for some reason, an item it unavailable, Customer Care will contact you within 24 hours.
Product Information
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors and designs of each product shown on the website. We have included the name of the color(s) and the dimensions of the products when we can. However, all computer monitors do not show the same hue of color so we cannot guarantee the colors that appear on your monitor will match the actual colors of the product.
Returns/Exchanges
At Paperdoodles, we want to make sure that you are happy with any order that you place with us. We accept returns and exchanges up to thirty (30) of your purchase on items that are in the original purchase condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been personalized.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. All damaged and incorrect orders need to be reported to Paperdoodles’ Customer Service immediately at 1.877.773.8331. You will be instructed on how to return damaged or incorrect orders.
Items must be returned in their original packaging so please keep the box and other packing materials until you have decided on your purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by an invoice or packing slip and the return form included with your shipment. Failure to include these forms will result in a delay of processing your return.
Returns and exchanges may be brought to our store.
All returns/exchanges will be credited in the same payment method as it was purchased. Payments that were made with a check will take up to 7 days to process. Credit or debit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Please keep your return shipping receipt and Paperdoodles’ invoice or packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the merchandise.
Shipping
Most in-stock items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified of any delays within 24 hours of your order (excluding weekends and holidays).
All orders will be shipped standard delivery unless specified by the customer. We also offer several other shipping deliveries - Standard Delivery, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Select, and UPS Overnight.
Any purchase over $500.00 will require a personal review by Customer Care on the best delivery method. Please proceed with your purchase. Your shipping charge will show “to be quoted”. Paperdoodles will contact you within 24 business hours with a shipping quote.
